Traveling from Tel Aviv to Paros

Getting to Paros

Paros is located in the heart of the Cyclades islands in Greece. The easiest way to reach the island from Tel Aviv is via Athens with a short connecting flight, though you can also travel via Mykonos followed by a short ferry ride.

Our Welcome Dinner will take place on Friday, Sep 4th at 19:30 at the Blue Oyster in Ambelas, so we recommend planning your journey so that you arrive to Paros by late afternoon.

  • The most convenient route is to fly from Tel Aviv (TLV) to Athens (ATH) and connect to a short 40-minute domestic flight to Paros Airport (PAS).

    The TLV → ATH flight takes approximately 2 hours and operates several times daily.

    • Israir

    • Wizz Air
       

    Recommended Timing

    We recommend taking a morning or midday flight to Athens, which allows comfortable connections to Paros.

  • Another good option is to fly from Tel Aviv to Mykonos (JMK) and take a short ferry to Paros.
     

    Step 1 — Flight

    Direct summer flights from TLV → Mykonos take approximately 2 hours and are typically operated by:

    • Arkia

    • Israir

    • Aegean (via Athens)
       

    Step 2 — Ferry from Mykonos to Paros

    Ferries operate multiple times per day during the summer.

    Typical travel time:

    • 45–60 minutes (high-speed ferry)

    • 1–1.5 hours (regular ferry)
       

    Common ferry companies:

    • SeaJets

    • Golden Star Ferries

    • Blue Star Ferries
       

    Ferries arrive at Parikia Port (Paros).

  • Whether arriving by plane or ferry, most hotels on the island are located within 10–20 minutes of the airport or port.

    You can easily reach their accommodation via private transfer, rental car, or taxi.
